Agreement
By using Money Go, you agree to these terms. Money Go is operated by German Espitia as a personal finance tool for friends and family during pre-release testing.
What Money Go is (and is not)
Money Go helps you track and categorize spending. It is not a bank, lender, or financial advisor. Nothing in the app is financial, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
Your account
You sign in with email (magic link or password). Keep your login secure and do not share access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Bank connections
Linking a bank uses Plaid. You authorize Money Go to access transaction and account data needed for the app. You can disconnect accounts at any time. Plaid's terms and privacy policy also apply to bank linking.
Acceptable use
Use Money Go for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to break, scrape, or abuse the service or other users' data.
Pre-release service
Money Go is in early testing. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Data may be incomplete or delayed. The service is provided “as is” during this phase.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Go and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including errors in transaction data, categorization, or availability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the past twelve months (which, during pre-release, is typically zero).
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
